Iris Energy raises IPO

    • According to a SEC filing from Nov. 9, Iris Energy originally registered to be listed with a proposed maximum offering price of $27, but has now been bumped to $28.

  • Iris Energy is based in Sydney, Australia and builds, owns, and operates data centers and electrical infrastructures to mine bitcoin

  • They have been in operation since 2019 and run mostly on renewable energy sources
