Google Cloud announces it has formed a partnership with Dapper Labs. To support and scale Dapper’s Flow Blockchain.

Flow is best known for developing the $680 Million dollar NFT marketplace, NBA Topshot.

Flow is currently trading at approximately $22 per coin and is up over 12% in value on the day.

“This summer, Dapper users conducted between 500,000 and one million transactions per week, and the NFT platform is the fourth largest by sales volume, according to industry data site Dapp Radar.”

Although Dapper is a decentralized protocol and Google cloud is a centralized protocol which would typically cause a conflict in interest.

This move could be a sign that Google is taking decentralized protocols like Filecoin capturing a vital piece of it’s market share.
