Robinhood Rolls Out 24/7 Customer Support Service

Robinhood announced today a 24/7 phone support service, to support its over 22 million users. This comes after months of criticism aimed at the company due to its lack of such service. The famous brokerage firm says that customers are now enabled to request a call through the app, they will then receive the phone number of the agent that will contact them, curbing spam.

Many complaints have been aimed at Robinhood for its lack of stability, many users have complained about the ahorant hacks and account locks. This is a constant in the industry but has thankfully gotten better over the past couple of months, looking at you Coinbase. The new support service will hopefully curb some of their customers uneasiness.
