Under “Highlighted Chip Releases”, Intel has a scheduled slot for “Bonanza Mine: An Ultra-Low-Voltage Energy-Efficient Bitcoin Mining ASIC”
While there are a few other American ASIC manufacturers none of them compete with the top manufacturers from China. Intel has the resources to get into one of the top positions.
