Digihost Will Offer Dividend Payments In Bitcoin
Digihost is a U.S. based Bitcoin mining company that recently achieved a hashrate of 1 EH/s (Exahash per second). Along with announcing this achievement, their Board of Directors has approved a dividend policy pursuant which will allow shareholders the option of receiving their dividends in BTC or cash.
The first dividend will be 10% of net income and is expected to be distributed to shareholders during Q3 of 2022. This marks the first publicly traded company to offer dividend payments in Bitcoin.
