Cardano Founder Reveals 2022 Goals

  • Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano organization, has disclosed details regarding the network’s 2022 roadmap during a YouTube livestream from his home in Colorado.

  • “My goal for the second half of 2022 is to figure out how to put all the pieces together to get an end-to-end microfinance transaction on Cardano,” stated Hoskinson.

  • Part of that process would include formalizing a structure to oversee the creation of decentralized products on Cardano, where “a formal open-source project structure is going to be formed, kind of like Hyperledger to Linux,” he said.

  • Cardano Improvement Proposals, a similar feature to that of Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) where the community can propose network alterations, are slated to go live in 2022 as well.
