  • Solanas network was shut off yesterday due to bots over throttling the network with transactions causing a 20 hour outage.

  • For SOL this is not the worst thing in the world as they are still in beta but this is also the second time they have had to shut down the nodes in the past year.

  • Still a slight bump in the road for one of the promising “ETH killers” that have been coming up as of late. This also shows that as of right now they are more centralized than decentralized.
