RenPSG to allow charities to accept more than 45 different cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ether and Dogecoin.

The Giving Block is an organization dedicated to building the cryptocurrency donations industry has expanded it’s outreach with a new partnership, RENPSG.

RenPSG will now allow their donors to use cryptocurrencies like BTC or ETH to support nonprofits and other sorts of charitable organizations. RenPSG was founded back in 1987 and supported $16.6 billion in donor-advised fund assets for financial firms and nonprofits across the United States in 2020.

Kelly Palmer, RenPSG’s executive director vice president of strategic growth operations, made the case for crypto growth, adoption and the need for a platform in the likes of Giving Block here:

“As the number of cryptocurrency users has grown, so has the number of crypto donations. We expect many of our clients to take advantage of this solution to diversify the types of assets they accept into their donor-advised fund offering and create interest to a whole new pool of donors.”
